-A weboldal magára nézve kötelezőnek ismeri el a jelen adatkezelési tájékoztató tartalmát, és kötelezettséget vállal arra, hogy a tevékenységével kapcsolatban minden jellegű adatkezelés megfelel a jelen tájékoztatóban és a hatályos jogszabályokban meghatározott elvárásoknak, így különösen az Európai Parlament és a Tanács 2016/679 Rendelete a természetes személyeknek a személyes adatok kezelése tekintetében történő védelméről és az ilyen adatok szabad áramlásáról, valamint a 95/46/EK rendelet hatályon kívül helyezéséről (a továbbiakban: „Adatvédelmi rendelet” vagy „GDPR”).

A jelen nyilatkozat elfogadásával Ön kifejezett, önkéntes hozzájárulását adja adatainak alábbiak szerinti feldolgozásához. Az adatkezelés további jogalapja a GDPR rendelet 6. cikk (1) bekezdésének b) pontja.

- A megadott adatok köre és az adatkezelés célja:

- név, cím, e-mail cím, telefonszám, születési hely és idő, társadalombiztosítási szám, anyja születéskori neve, nem, adószám, hajszín, magasság, testsúly, arckép.

- Kérjük, vegye figyelembe, hogy a félreértések elkerülése érdekében jelentkezéséhez azonosítási célok miatt fényképet kell csatolnia.

- Kizárólag Ön felelős személyes adatai valódiságáért és pontosságáért.

- Az adatkezelés elsődleges célja munkalehetőség biztosítása a castingra, filmforgatásra jelentkezők számára.

Az adatkezelés célja egyben új szereplők felkutatása és kiválasztása ügyfeleink számára, ezért a jelen Adatkezelési Szabályzat elfogadásával Ön kifejezetten hozzájárul adatainak adatbázisunkban történő kezeléséhez, hogy Önt a jövőben kiválaszthassuk különböző szerepk betöltését illetően.

- Az adatkezelés célja a castingra jelentkezés (szereplők/színészek kiválasztása), castingon való részvétel, statiszták esetén statisztának való felkérés. Jelentkezését színészi vagy statiszta munkavállalási szándéknak tekintjük.

- Felhívjuk figyelmét, hogy a fenti adatok nélkül nem tudjuk felvenni Önt adatbázisunkba, mivel adatai a következő okok miatt elengedhetetlenek:

- Kapcsolatfelvétel céljából: e-mail és telefonszám

- szerepválogatáshoz: hajszín, arckép, magasság, testsúly és születési dátum

- későbbi szerződéskötés céljából: név, cím, születési hely és idő, anyja neve, adószám, társadalombiztosítási szám.

- A regisztráció kizárólagos módja a www.bluecasting.hu weboldalon online leadott jelentekezés.

Tájékoztatjuk, hogy regisztrációja az Ön részéről a bluecasting felé irányuló kérésnek minősül, miszerint a Bluecasting segítsen megtalálni az Ön számára megfelelő forgatási lehetőséget.

Lesznek személyes megjelenést igénylő események, megbeszélések, de ezt a BluecastingKFT hivatalos képviselői fogják megszervezni.

Jelentkezését és online regisztrációját csak abban az esetben fogadjuk el, ha Ön a feltételek elfogadására kattint vagy a kézzel aláírt nyilatkozatot eljuttatja részünkre. Székhelyünkön csak személyesen megjelenve jelentkezhet illetve írhatja alá jelen nyilatkozatot.

- Felhívjuk figyelmét, hogy jelen Adatkezelési Nyilatkozatot saját nevében csak 16 éven felüliek fogadatják el. 16 éven aluliak csak törvényes képviselőjük hozzájárulásával jelentkezhetnek és adhatják meg adataikat.

- A megadott személyes adatok kategóriái.

- személyes adat: bármely azonosított vagy azonosítható természetes személyre (érintettre) vonatkozó információ; Azonosítható természetes személy az, aki közvetlenül vagy közvetve azonosítható, különösen olyan azonosítóra való hivatkozással, mint a név, az azonosító szám, a helyadatok, az online azonosító, vagy egy vagy több, a fizikai, fiziológiai sajátos tényező alapján, az adott természetes személy genetikai, mentális, gazdasági, kulturális vagy társadalmi identitása.

- harmadik fél az érintetten, adatkezelőn, adatfeldolgozón és azon személyeken kívüli természetes vagy jogi személy, hatóság, ügynökség vagy szerv, amely az adatkezelő vagy adatfeldolgozó közvetlen felügyelete alatt jogosult személyes adatok kezelésére.

- az érintett hozzájárulása az érintett akaratának önkéntes, konkrét, tájékozott és egyértelmű kinyilvánítása, amely nyilatkozattal vagy egyértelműen megerősítő cselekmény útján hozzájárul a rá vonatkozó személyes adatok kezeléséhez.

- Az Ön adataihoz való hozzáférésre jogosult személyek:

- Az Ön által megadott adatok teljes egészében hozzáférhetőek a bluecastingKFT számára.

- Ön kifejezetten hozzájárul ahhoz, hogy az önként rendelkezésünkre bocsátott vagy általunk készített fényképét szerződéses partnereinknek (az Önre vonatkozó egyéb információk nélkül), mint további adatkezelőknek továbbítsuk, hogy ügyfeleink fotó alapján döntsenek arról, hogy szeretnék-e meghívni castingra. Statiszták esetén ezen nyilatkozat elfogadásával hozzájárul fotói előválogatásra való beküldésére. Az Ön kifejezett hozzájárulása hiányában az Ön fényképén kívül semmilyen más adatot nem adunk át ügyfeleinknek.

- Legjobb tudásunk szerint végezzük ügyfeleink adatainak védelmét és az egyéb adatvédelmi intézkedéseket.

- Ezzel a nyilatkozattal hozzájárul ahhoz, hogy fényképeit weboldalunkon felhasználhassuk, ha azt szükségesnek tartjuk.

- A casting jelentkezés elfogadása előtt tájékoztatjuk Önt az adott szereposztás feltételeiről (a beszervezendő személyek típusa, a munkakör típusa, díja) pl. főszereplő, társszereplő vagy statiszták reklámokhoz, játékfilmekhez stb. Ha kiválasztják, szerződést kötünk.

- Az adatok megőrzési ideje:

- Az önként részünkre megadott adatokat visszavonásig megőrizzük.

- Az adatkezeléshez adott hozzájárulását a munkaviszonya vagy egyéb munkaviszonya fennállásának időpontjáig bármikor visszavonhatja.

- Tudomásul veszi, hogy Társaságunk vagy Ügyfelünk és Ön között bármilyen munkaviszony vagy munkához fűződő kapcsolat fennállása esetén az Ön által részünkre bocsátott személyes adatai (neve, lakcíme, születési neve, tartózkodási helye, anyja neve, TAJ-száma, adóazonosító jele) a munkaügyi szabályzat és a hatályos számviteli szabályzat szerint kerülnek feldolgozásra a munkaviszony fennállása alatt. Tájékoztatjuk, hogy az Ön nevét, lakcímét és adóazonosító jelét a számviteli törvényben meghatározott ideig (8 év) vagyunk jogosultak és kötelesek kezelni, amelyek törlését nem kezdeményezheti a munkaviszony fennállása alatt illetve azt követően.

- Egyéb adatai – például magasság, testsúly, arckép, hajszín – kezeléséhez adott hozzájárulását bármikor visszavonhatja, még akkor is, ha Ön és ügyfelünk között munkaviszony jött létre.

- Az Ön jogai:

- Hozzáférési jog: Joga van tőlünk megerősítést kérni arra vonatkozóan, hogy személyes adatainak kezelése folyamatban van-e, és ha igen, hozzáférhet a személyes adatokhoz és a következő információkhoz: Pl.: az adatkezelés céljai; az érintett személyes adatok kategóriái, a címzettek vagy a címzettek kategóriái, akikkel a személyes adatokat közölték vagy közölni fogják, ideértve különösen a harmadik országbeli címzetteket vagy nemzetközi szervezeteket; az adatok tárolásának tervezett időtartama; ezen időszak meghatározásának kritériumai.

- Kérésére haladéktalanul elérhetővé tesszük az általunk kezelt személyes adatait.

- Az adatkezelés korlátozásához való jog: Kérésére korlátozzuk adatkezelésünket. Például, ha Ön vitatja személyes adatainak pontosságát, a kért korlátozás arra az időtartamra vonatkozik, amely lehetővé teszi a személyes adatok pontosságának ellenőrzését. No data other than your photo will be transferred to any of our customers in the absence of your explicit consent.

- To the best of our knowledge, we ascertain the data protection and privacy measures of our customers.

- By this statement, you agree that your photos may be used on our website if we consider it necessary.

- Before accepting casting application, we will inform you about the terms of the specific casting (the type of persons to be recruited the role, the type of job, the fee) e.g., protagonist, co-actor or extras for commercials, feature films etc. If selected, we will in contract.

· Retention period of your data:

- The data voluntarily submitted to us will be retained until revoked.

- You may withdraw your consent to data processing at any time – until the date of your employment or other employment relationship.

- You acknowledge that in the event of any employment or other relationship involving work between our Company or our Customer and you, the processing of your name, address, birth name, location, mother’s name, social security number, tax identification number from the data provided by you will be governed by the employment law and accounting regulations during and after the termination of the employment or other relationship involving work.
